I’ve made this recipe 3 times now, doubling the amounts and baking in a 12” x 18” x 2” pan and they have come out to die for every time. It took about 10 minutes longer to bake in that large pan. I used AP flour because I rarely have bread flour on hand. Because I like these extra decadent, rather than the brown sugar filling, I used your Cinnamon Filling Mix, and at double the usual amount. Cream cheese frosting rather than plain. Best cinnamon buns I’ve ever had in my life, and friends/family/coworkers say the same!
