We hear you, Margy. It's in the 90's here in Vermont, but our desire for dessert doesn't dissipate with the heat. You sure can use your Zo to make a rhubarb compote, but you may want to consider pulsing it in the blender or better yet, use an immersion blender to make the texture nice and smooth at the end.
