Hmmmm, I am not sure what that flavor is. I only know that I love it! Malt powder? You would have to obtain a waffle cone iron. While in my teens I made waffle cones (from a mix) for a frozen yogurt company. The batter goes in the iron and comes out very flexible for the first few seconds. Flexible enough to bend into any shape you want! Elisabeth@KAF
