My adult son was recently diagnosed with celiac disease. I love to cook and bake and figured I'd have to scale things way back. I just purchased King Arthur Measure for Measure Gluten Free flour and made his favorite molasses-spice cookies. I was a skeptic. However, I can't taste the difference.
