Hi Cammi, I'm sorry you didn't find our previous reply helpful, and that we weren't able to respond to your comments earlier! I"ve passed along your request that our recipe team include a gluten-free biscuit recipe on our website that uses our Measure for Measure flour. In the meantime, we think you'll have the best results using this flour in a drop biscuit recipe, such as this one. And we do have several great scone recipes that call for our Measure for Measure flour, including this savory scone recipe, which might stand in nicely for a biscuit.
