I love the consitency in the result of the regular recipes I do at home. I first bought this product at Costco without even trying or heard anybody recommending it to me; mainly for the returning policy they have (If I didnt like it Costco would take it back, no questions asked) ... I have IBS and there's somethings that triggers it, everytime I use all purpose flour... so far I've baked.. Oatmeal cookies, banana bread & muffins, Texas sheet cake, chocolate zuchinni muffins... I'm so grateful to have found such an amazing flour!
