I’ve used this flour multiple times with the classic Tollhouse chocolate chip cookie recipe and the Banana Muffin recipe on the bag. They both work out amazing! The cookies might even be better than their all purpose counter parts. I made the popular Todd’s pancake recipe from allrecipes.com. It was a fail. The batter ended up so thick it couldn’t be poured. I kept adding more and more milk. They turned out edible, but not delicious. I can’t think of what went wrong.
