Hi Monica, feel free to use Measure for Measure in your favorite pasta recipe. The texture may be slightly different if the recipe calls for using another flour aside from regular all-purpose flour. But otherwise you can go ahead and simply make the flour swap 1:1. No other changes need to be made. Happy baking! Kye@KAF
