You make a great point, LB. Thanks for making our friends in the GF community aware of this; if you're baking for someone with Celiac's disease, you'll want to be sure that all the other ingredients in your recipe are also certified gluten-free. Oats are a great example of an ingredient that does not naturally contain gluten but often are processed in a way that causes cross-contamination. GF oats are available in most local grocery stores.
