Bonne, for gluten-free yeast breads you can use our gluten-free multipurpose flour or Measure for Measure, but just be sure you are using it in a gluten-free bread recipe. (You'll still need to add the full amount of xanthan gum called for.) You can also consider trying our gluten-free bread mix, which is easy and more delicious than anything you'll find pre-baked in the store. Happy baking! Kye@KAF
