Time may be slightly different since you are baking a different amount of dough in a different sized pan, but just keep an eye on things. Still check it after 25-30 minutes and use these guidelines to indicate doneness: lightly browned and baked through in the center, golden brown and crispy on the bottom. If you have a digital thermometer, once that reading hits 190 degrees F in the very center, you can remove it and allow it to cool. Happy Baking!
