This recipe should be illegal. Not only is it one of the easiest and fastest recipes to make, it is absolutely divine when you dip in olive oil and balsamic. I made the biggest mistake sharing the baked product with friends and coworkers. Don't do that. You will be baking this once a week for them. It is addictive and so SO easy to adjust herbs to whatever you fancy to match what you are having with it. I baked it yesterday, sent one to a friend and had the other for dinner and I have a double batch proofing at the moment for a dinner party tonight. Proceed with caution, you have been warned. lol - the reason for my post.......... I would like to make it into one loaf, instead of two, baked in an 8 x 12 pan. Would I adjust the temperature (don't think so) or the cooking time (I think I should add a few minutes). Advice and guidance would be appreciated. Please and thank you, your Canadian cousin.
