You certainly can, Ruth. Simply divide all the ingredients in half to make only one round loaf instead of two. (Or you could always consider baking the full recipe and either freezing the leftover loaf or sharing it with someone in your community.) We're currently celebrating our company initiative to bake for good, so we hope you'll consider joining us too! Kye@KAF
