This was the most delicious gluten free item I have ever made! I used a bundt pan for the cake and it turned out so moist and wonderful. The only thing I would modify is doubling the sugar glaze topping because I did not have fruit to serve with the cake. I served this to my son who does not prefer gluten free food- and he loved it.
