This tips works great for shaping scones. Line a 6″ cake pan or soufflé dish with plastic wrap, leaving enough to hang over the sides. Pat half the dough into the pan or dish, until it’s 3/4″ thick. I've even used an 8" pan, not quite filling the pan, but using the shape to guide my dough into an even sheet for even scones. Happy Baking! Irene@KAF
