Well here I go. I recently came across seeing people using frozen scones in a tube on TV.
I thought for a moment that might something to try. Alas and after deep consideration it might be something to try.
Thankfully, I say that as I donot want to offend but todays people are too fat. Even so I about to go on a baking journey with my scones, a Tupperware cylinder and a space in the freezer to try freezing my scones for a week. Thinking of rising agents life.
All attempts will be photographed. I never thought of freezing raw scones.
If they come out to be bonza, so so or down right "even the pigs won't eat them" flop, I'll let you know. I'll try husband out first, then the dog or vice versa.
I have done fruit cakes, bread, pasta. Not dead yet.
Let you know eventually. I may have to do a bit of shifty work.
