I use a biscuit cutter to shape mine before freezing. I make a double batch then place them in a 9x13" pan in layers with wax paper between them. I cover with wax paper then snap the lid to the baking pan on top. they can stay frozen as is for up to 3 or 4 weeks. They're always in demand so I never know how much longer than that they'll keep!
