Hi there, Diana! We don't recommend using the Gluten-Free Measure for Measure Flour in place of the Gluten-Free All-Purpose Flour. The Measure for Measure Flour was created to convert recipes calling for conventional wheat flour to be gluten-free and the Gluten-Free All-Purpose Flour was made to be used in designed-to-be gluten-free recipes, so the two flour blends function a bit differently. Instead, we'd recommend choosing one of our other biscuit recipes calling for conventional flour and substituting in the Gluten-Free Measure for Measure Flour.
