Made this and followed the directions exactly. Only thing I had to sub was vanilla for almond flavor and I used Wegmans mixed berry jam on one and orange marmalade on the other. They looked BEAUTIFUL! Hubby said yum they taste wonderful! Then I took a bite. NO! the inside of the choux was sticky goo. I can't imagine where it went wrong. They're so pretty, wish I could have included a photo.
