I've made this without the jam as the recipe (Betty Crocker 1970 something cookbook) I used didn't include it. It's good without for those who'd prefer no jam! But, I like the idea of adding the apricot jam for a change. Thanks for the idea! Maybe one plain, one apricot, one strawberry - oh boy, and I can eat way too much of these!
