Received my starter a few days ago and so pleased. I have a much better understanding of how it’s supposed to look. Thank you now I have a Your video showing how the starter grows is so awesome and helpful. Thank you now I have a question. After the starter is ripe and ready to Make my Levain or use the starter is it OK to stir up before I pour and make the Levain?
