I am a new sourdough baker. I purchased your sourdough starter and crock, but I find that, in using the crock, I am having difficulty keeping track of my starter, because I can't see it except from the top of the crock. I noticed that most of the photos I see here and online with starter display it in clear jars. Any suggestions to use the crock properly? Thank you!
