Help! I'm on day 5 and my starter is growing and starting to bubble, but I just realized that I made a big mistake. I have been discarding 113 grams daily (and twice a day since day 3), but keeping the rest and adding in 113 grams of flour and water to that. Did I completely mess up and should I start again? Right now I have a full quart sized bell jar of "starter".
