I received my 1oz classic sourdough starter from King Author Thursday evening and have fed it about 3 time (Thursday evening, Friday morning, Saturday morning). It is very bubbly, and really rises in it’s bowl. When will I know it is ready to bake with. I am VERY, VERY NEW to bread baking. I make southern biscuits, but am just now venturing into bread baking. Thank you in advance.
