Hi there, Wyatt! It can take some time for a starter to become established and follow a predictable behavior pattern, it sounds like your starter might just need a bit more time. We'd recommend continuing with the feeding process ut try using whole wheat flour for the next feeding to see if that helps to give the starter a bit of jumpstart. If that doesn't seem to help, you can also try feeding the starter once every 24 hours for a few days, this will give the starter sometime to get balanced out. We hope this helps and happy baking!
