This might be a silly question, but I noticed your container for the starter is very clean. I never clean mine and the sides have crusted flour on it since i pour it out. Is this ok for my starter? I have just taken mine out of the fridge, however, before that it was not really doubling in size and I am wondering if it is related. Thanks in advance!
