Hello. I'm on Day 5 of my first ever sourdough starter. I seem to have a lot of bubbling action but no rising. This morning the consistency was almost like pulling taffy. It had quite a lot of stretch and poured in a continuous ribbon when I was measuring out my 113g. I kept it the first couple of days in the oven with the light on but with two lights I think it was too warm. She's now moved to a high shelf in a closet where it should be closer to the right temperature (one night without the light and now with the light on.) I'm concerned about the stretchy consistency. Is this normal?
