My starter is about 15 days old. I had been overfeeding and hadn't seen any good bubbles and noticed on another thread that I could possibly be overfeeding at every 12 hours. I have been feeding every 24 hours for the last 4 days. I have some nice sized bubbles in my starter today. I just tasted it and it is sour and smells sour. I also dropped two blobs in water and both floated. Does that mean I'm good to go and should test out a loaf tonight? Thanks in advance!
