Hello! My starter (only a couple weeks old) isn't rising much, but it still has a pleasant sweet-sour smell, floats on water, is bubbly and even releases hooch occasionally. I haven't made anything with it yet as I'm not sure if it has risen enough. I leave it outside in a room at around 70 degrees Fahrenheit. Is anything wrong ?
