Good morning. I'm on day 5 beginning my starter. I began with Rye flour and have been feeding with all-purpose and water ever since and been following the directions from this blog post. On day three my starter almost doubled in size, but ever since it's not increasing in volume at all. Lots of bubbles and fine smell but no more volume increase. Should I worry?
