I’m brand new to this, so maybe this is a silly question, but if I discard all but 113 grams of starter before feeding, how will I ever have enough to use to bake a loaf with starter left over for feeding? At some point should I stop discarding before feeding? Or do I feed without discarding only when I plan to bake?
