Hi!
I just started making a starter and i'm not sure if things are doing ok. My starter doesnt bubble at all. I only get the hooch. It happens about 2 a 3 hours after feeding it. And it doesn't do anything else. Am i doing something wrong? We at the moment only have plain flour, our stores have a massive flour shortage.
Can i try something, or...
