Hi! I started my starter (haha) one week ago. I had great action with it doubling in size around day two. I’ve kept up with feeding it but now I don’t see the growth, I get bubble and a pleasant sour smell, I even get the hooch on top but it’s not growing. Any suggestions on what I should do differently?
