I have only one thing to ask, which may work into more than one thing.
God I hope you read this asapl.
My starter is awake. it has started to fall, 4:45pm
I want to start the process of mixing, folding, rising....finally baking at 9 am.
Is this possible?
???I have to feed this again ( mine is organic milled unbleached white and stone ground whole wheat.) and have the starter reach full height of happy bubbles and expansion before I can do this???
ok, once the above is answered....here goes, how the heck do i measure the starter??
my recipe is one I made at a course, but so many persons asking questions and so much information over the 12 hour period of the course I have forgotten the start process...omg
This has in cups 2 cups starter, 2 cups water, 4.5 cups of flour 1/2 whole wheat, half white. it is an amazing recipe and my first loaf was amazing, but I have memory loss.
I love the site and hope to play with your recipes and techniques....oh god here comes Canadian Thanksgiving.
