Good morning! I use both the Cake enhancer and the Roll improver from time to time. Mostly when I make yeast dough products like cinnamon rolls. They both work well but it seems to me that the Roll improver makes for better Cinnamon rolls. I guess my question is basically what is the difference between the two products other than the Roll improver has a yellow cast to it and I think it browns faster in oven. Just something that boggles my mind and you can better inform on "why"! You are the experts and "me" just an old scratch cook.
