Hello! I've been playing with sourdough and starter for about 2 weeks now, but I've not yet been able to get my starter to be quite that airy, and I'm wondering if elevation might have anything to do with it. Im at around 6,000 ft. It's stayed out on the counter, but I've only been doing once daily feedings. Will increasing the feedings increase the bubbles?
