Ok I have been lurking around the site, trying to learn all I could about sourdough before I jumped in. Finally took the plunge and ordered some starter and a crock. Fed it a few times and then made my first batch of bread. OMG! It's great. Now my wife won't let me out of the kitchen. Thanks for all the great advise. Can't wait to try more recipes
