Hi Chef... I have noticed some sourdough sites are different in measuring ingredients,,,Some say if your starting with 100 grams of stater feed with 50 grams water and 50 grams of flour...While others say for 100 grams of starter feed 100 grams water and 100 grams flour...Which is correct...Thank you...Rock
