Becky C May 26, 2016 at 3:08pm I am about to make my first loaf. Kind of scary! I have a "spare" in the fridge, just in case. I have been contemplating it for over a year...now, to jump in. Practice, practice, right? Also, isn't spelt flour gluten free, or lower in gluten? Reply
