Sorry if you already answer this-I have not read all the comments, sorry-
So how do I increase my brownie recipe from a 8x8 pan to a 9x9 pan? Where the flour is 70 gr. and 2 eggs are used in the wet part of the ingredients ? Do I take the 8 inch as my 100% and then my 9 inch would be like 12.5% more, and if I apply that to the flour it would give an increase of only 9 grams, would that (9 extra grams of flour) be enough to fill up the extra inch in the pan ?
Sorry for being so dense, but you guys are my heroes and I don't have any baker around here.
