I just whipped these up for breakfast this morning (with oatmeal and spices) and they were perfect. At first, I thought I had put too much liquid in as the batter seemed more fluid than I was anticipating. However, they came out sensationally. So easy to make and such a hit with the family - and neighbors. Thanks for this 'keeper.'
