I would like to double or triple a muffin recipe, either this one or another which I have tried with success as a single batch. I think I have read that where the baking soda and baking powder are concerned, it may not be as easy as simply doubling or tripling the quantity, Are there any tips you can share to explain any pitfalls which might happen when trying this?
