Hi Megha, we'd like to clarify a few things first. We intend for you to measure your ingredients by weight using a scale if you choose either ounces or grams. Milliliters is a unit of measure typically reserved for liquid ingredients, so it's not something that you can apply across the board to all of the ingredients listed here.
