Hi, KAF - question on oven temperature - this recipe says preheat to 425. Then, the comments say to get that really high crown, put the muffins in a hot oven and immediately lower the temp. What do I lower the temp to, and how does that change the baking time?? I'm making the oatmeal version now, know it won't crown, but next up is blueberry, and I'd like to impress my professional chef son with blueberry muffins with a high crown - what oven temps do I use??
