Hello again Evan!  We do a full line of 100% organic flours, where the use of synthetic chemicals and desiccants, including glyphosate, is prohibited. There are a number of organic and natural materials that are approved for agricultural use that can be found on the FDA's National List of Allowed and Prohibited Substances. Our organic flour line is also 100% US grown and milled wheat, independently verified by QAI (Quality Assurance International). Happy baking!
