I recently became aware of glyphosate being sprayed on mature wheat plants and berries to desiccate crops for harvest, instead of allowing the wheat plants to die naturally. Glyphosate sprayed on the wheat plants to desiccate the plants coats the wheat berries and is processed into flour. Are King Arthur's non organic flours all grown using glyphosate as a desiccant.
