I buy the unbleached all purpose flour and I used the same recipe for making pie crusted for years and never had problem this past holiday season I couldn't make the crust the dough was stiff and the crust turned out so hard it was not its usual light and flaky and my bread has been coming out kinda hard nothing I did was different so why is it coming out so stiff and hard to work with and eat
