We are sorry to read of your disappointment, Jim. Understanding your preference, we do hope you’ll consider baking with our organic flours where glyphosate is strictly prohibited from application to the wheat. Noting your final line, we do want to make sure we haven’t unintentionally left you with a misunderstanding: While glyphosate is federally approved for use on non-organic wheat, it’s not an ingredient that’s added to flour.
