You are correct in thinking that in addition to other requirements, farmers are not permitted to use glyphosate as a pre-harvest application on the white winter wheat that our White Whole Wheat Flour is milled from. This flour is the introductory product in our Identity-Preserved Wheat program, and our team is proud of this step taken within our supply chain.
