Please post the requirements of the identity-preserved program that include the farmers not being permitted to use glyphosate as a pre-harvest application on the white winter wheat it's milled from - I have not been able to locate the requirements on your site. I want to be sure the flour I buy does not have Roundup used on the wheat at all. Also, I've researched the National List of Approved and Prohibited Substances and I'm unable to find Glyphosate listed as prohibited. Please advise how you can say QAI independently verifies that your line of 100% organic flours does not have this chemical in/on the wheat when the chemical is not listed on the National List.
